The fresh start of a new year brings on an inspiring period for everyone!  In tech, the developments around 5G network, fibre, and it's possibilities has intriguing promises of a frictionless future.  However, turning to the fashion world, many questions arise as to what's next.

Fashion Week's FW20 is on it's way, with brands and retailers looking to obtain the latest pieces, but for how much longer?  Season-less fashion, although not entirely a new concept, is a refreshing and tasteful way to offset textile-waste that the industry is so notorious for.  Surprisingly, this is an avenue that is yet to be fully & properly incorporated around the world; a resolution that many brands should follow pursuit of for the year to come.

The phrase 'New Year, New Me' is always applied, and is meant to push us to constantly improve on becoming a better version of oneself.  Although the time-worn phrase is mostly considered to be cliché, creating a New Years' resolution list, with the focus of self-improvement, ultimately has no downsides (just be sure to make the effort to follow through with it!)

Contrary to the slogan, not everyone has to live by this philosophy.  Going into the new year a different person, or even a different company, just isn't feasible.  Self-improvement doesn't have to mean being made new or different.  It merely means setting goals, whether big or small, that can be achieved throughout the year to ensure change occurs.  Also taking into consideration that some goals will exceed their one year deadline. 

Simply put, there's always room for improvement - you must only be organized in it's execution.

So, we strive to be diligent in our efforts. Discussions around responsible production and sustainability are avenues we are not afraid to confront, and learn more of, as more and more individuals seek for transparency from brands and stores alike.
  • Diverse Styles: We aim to offer extraordinary goods that our concept and are only found exclusively in Secret Location; a place where discovering something new is certain, and part of the journey. Our range of products includes categories such as literature, exquisite homewares, and natural skincare products. Whether you're looking for street-chic clothes to red-carpet-ready accessories, you can find unique apparel to lavish candles in one visit.  As we move forward, we will continue to search high and low for items not yet on your periphery.  Products which hold true to our aforementioned values, and are a delight for the eyes and mind. 
  • Support Quality-Craftsmanship: Our team takes immense care when choosing brands and producers. We don't prioritize brand names, but place a focus on providing unique, quality-products that our customers can cherish not only now, but in the future. Our extensive procedures and quality control guarantees products arrive in perfect condition. Don't forget, we too are customers!
  • Friendly-High Service: Our expert Design Consultants are regularly educated, and authorities on the subjects of all things Fashion and Design. Not only can they operate as your own Personal Shopper, but your Stylist and Interior Decorator as well. We understand that exceptional customer service is not to be asked for, but is our responsibility. What's to come?

Be on the lookout throughout 2020 as we carry Our Core Values forward into the next decade, while providing more:
  • Sustainable alternatives in our packaging. We are in the process of moving all our packaging to be constructed out of recyclable materials, which can then be recycled again.  
  • Product assortments that considers longevity and fresh style. This diversity in offering goes back to our core values while striving to solve the environmental pressures the globe is facing.
  • Experiences you could only encounter in-store. Whether it be through events in/around Vancouver or surprising new promotions, elevating your experiences and knowledge is a vital part of our strategy.
  • If you are from outside Canada, the process of having to translate and convert pages is a major inconvenience. We are looking to incorporating geolocation to translate language & convert currency automatically, creating a frictionless experience online.
  • Providing 24hour customer service digitally, able to answer any of your inquiries without having to wait around. Shopping online has the advantage of never closing nor opening, which neither should customer service.
