Born in the U.S., Anthony Alvarez was raised between New York and Paris in a multilingual and multicultural household. He started out working in Investment Banking in London and NYC, however, quickly realized that he was ready to beging his own lifestyle menswear brand – a dream of his at a young age. Shortly after One Culture began, Jean-Sebastien (Biggie) became a part of the brand.

The menswear company was founded in January 2017, FW17/18 being their first collection. The brand wishes to portray a universal language and a world without cultural barriers. It has been worn by many celebrities, such as La Trix, George Clooney, Lea Salonga, Cardi B, AJ Mitchell, Anwar Hadid to name a few.

The company is based in Paris. It is a globetrotting house, inspired by the diversity of the world. The brand conveys values of sharing and travel. Each collection features one location that serves as the inspiration for the collection. The brand has been featured in The Hedonist Magazine, Tetu Magazine, Fashion Network, Le Monde, Vogue France, Folkr, Hype Beast, High Snobiety, WWD, etc.

 

      

      

 

The fabrics are Italian and French. All collections are made in Peru and Portugal. SS19 is inspired by Dakar, Senegal and the fresh prince vibes of the 90's. Some of the images are inspired by the Senegalese stamps. It is a premium brand with a chic take on sportswear and streetwear.
